I should sell my baked spaghetti.

I'd have to be the judge of that! I'm first-generation Italian and learned to cook from genuine, off-the-boat Italians - I make great pasta and my eggplant parmasean isn't too shabby either!

Of course, I don't doubt your abilities - it's nice to take pride in such a thing, no?
